3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the scripts and production content you upload. By using the Service, you grant AppleBoxe a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your creative work.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's AI features
Resell access or create competing products using our proprietary workflows
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 7 days of purchase for annual plans. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the billing period.

7. AI-Generated Content

The AI-powered features in AppleBoxe (script analysis, prop extraction, production plan generation) are provided as tools to assist your workflow. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated outputs before using them in professional contexts. AppleBoxe does not guarantee the accuracy of AI analysis.

8. Limitation of Liability

AppleBoxe is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time via account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, unless you request immediate deletion.
