A Studio workspace has 5 full-access members, the owner included. Crew can receive call sheets and onboarding links without a plan.
The free trial
Writer and Pro start with a 14 day free trial, once per person and only if you have never had a paid AppleBoxe plan. After the trial the plan renews at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged. Studio has no trial.
Production size
Studio and any shared team workspace are for productions with a total budget under $2 million, and one Studio workspace per company. Writer and Pro are personal, so one person can use their own plan on any production.
A production budgeted at $2 million or more, or a company running several productions beyond one Studio workspace, needs a yearly agreement priced per show. Talk to us.
How to cancel
Open Settings, then Billing, then choose Cancel subscription. Your plan stops renewing and your access continues to the end of the period you already paid for. Studio is cancelled by the workspace owner.
