Which plan should I choose?
Free is for starting a script. Writer adds script analysis. Pro gives one filmmaker every production tool. Studio is the flat workspace plan for a team of five, with the owner included.
What do I get on the free tier?
One active project, the Script editor, screenplay formats, and PDF and Fountain export. No credit card required.
How do I change or cancel a plan?
Paid plans renew automatically every month or year, depending on the billing option you choose, until you cancel. To cancel, open Settings → Billing and choose Cancel subscription, which opens the Stripe portal. Plans cannot be switched in the portal. To change plans, cancel first. Your access continues through the paid period, then start the other plan. Studio is cancelled by the workspace owner from Team settings.
Is there a free trial?
Writer and Pro start with a 14 day free trial, once per person. It renews at the price shown until you cancel, unless you cancel before the trial ends. Studio has no trial.
How does annual billing work?
Annual subscriptions are paid upfront at the yearly total shown beside every price and renew each year until you cancel. If you cancel, access continues through the paid billing period.
What's the difference between Pro and Studio?
Pro gives one person the complete production toolkit. Studio brings five full-access members into one shared workspace, including the owner. Compare the current monthly and annual prices above.
Can a large production or a studio use AppleBoxe?

No. Studio covers the five people who work inside the full production workspace. Other crew can receive call sheets and complete onboarding through shared links without buying a subscription.
What if my team has more than five members?
