For studios and larger productions

Who it is for

• A production with a total budget of $2 million or more.
• A company running several productions beyond one Studio workspace.
• A freelancer does not need this. Writer and Pro are personal, so one person can use their own plan on any production.

How it starts

• We start with one show.
• After that, a yearly agreement priced per show, with a yearly minimum. We send an invoice.
• Today AppleBoxe supports your own material or material you are authorized to use. Confidential client or studio material, and material under contract restrictions, is not available yet. Tell us what your production needs and we will tell you plainly what we can support today.

What a yearly agreement can include

• Custom tools built for your production pipeline, scoped and priced in the agreement.
• Read access through an API and MCP, set up with you, so your own systems and AI assistants can read your projects, scripts, props, schedules and script changes. Each access key expires and can be revoked.
• Imports and exports matched to your formats. Today AppleBoxe imports PDF and Final Draft scripts, exports PDF, Final Draft and Fountain, and exports CSV from props, shots, crew and day out of days.
• Teams beyond the 5 members in a Studio workspace.
• Set up with you. We bring your first show in together, then add shows under the agreement.
• Two-step sign-in with an authenticator app, a security activity log in Settings, and a workspace switch that turns off AppleBoxe's own AI features.

What we do about AI

• A workspace owner can switch AI processing off in the workspace settings. While it is off, AI features are blocked for that workspace and imports still work.
• We do not use your script content to train AI models without your explicit consent. Read the privacy policy.
